Products and information. We work to describe our products accurately. We make only the claims stated on our product pages and do not make medical or therapeutic claims. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images.

Pricing and orders. All prices are in INR and are the final price payable at checkout. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged; we will update this if our registration status changes. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders affected by an obvious error, even after an order is placed; in such cases we refund any amount paid.

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or resale).

Intellectual property. The Lavella name, logo, content, and images are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Haryana

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
