Where we ship. We currently ship across India. 

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email/whatsapp once your order is dispatched.

Delivery time. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take longer.

Shipping charges. Orders of ₹599 and above ship free. Orders below ₹399 are charged a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before payment. 

Payment. We are prepaid-only - pay securely at checkout by UPI, card, or netbanking. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

Tracking. Use the tracking link in your dispatch notification. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us at lavella.pro@gmail.com

Failed / returned deliveries. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts or is returned to us (for example, incorrect address or unavailability), we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged in transit. See our Refund & Return Policy - report within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund.
