Refund policy

At Lavella, we want you to feel confident trying our laundry sheets. Because our product is a consumable hygiene item, our policy balances fairness to you with the realities of a used product that can't be resold.

Trying us for the first time. If you're unsure, start with our 30-sheet box. It's our low-commitment way to test Lavella on your own laundry before buying the larger box — no guarantee gimmicks, just a smaller first step.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at lavella.pro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, for non-arrival) with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve claims fastest.

Unopened products. Unopened, unused boxes in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer arranges and bears return shipping; once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price (original delivery charges are non-refundable).

Opened or used products. As a hygiene and consumable product, opened or partially used boxes cannot be returned or refunded, except where the product is defective (see "Damaged, wrong, or missing" above).

Refund method and timeline. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
